Next Tuesday sees the official street date of
of 4 single-DVD releases of Sex and the City. Each item lists for $14.98 and contains 3 episodes of the hugely popular HBO original program. We've known these releases were coming since late last year. But what we didn't know is that there's a 5th one of these as well!
Breakups, Romance, Mr. Big and
Lust are joined by a release that is exclusive to Target chain stores.
Sex and the City - The Best of Fashion will be out next week with the other four releases, also with three episodes of the show:
- "Secret Sex"
- "The Real Me"
- "Luck Be an Old Lady"
Target will have this featured prominently in their weekly ad circular that shows up this coming Sunday. What's more, according to our informants who work at the chain (thanks to both of you!) there will be no need to wait until Tuesday's street date to pick these up: Target has decided to put all five of these out on Sunday, February 5th! Target's everyday price will be $12.99 each, we're told, but the circular shows that these will be on sale for an even $10 each from the put-out date through Saturday, Feb. 11th.
Wow, it sounds like Target is the place to be for these. We're considering making a joke along the lines of "See Spot Have
Sex," but nah...that would be in bad taste!
