The DVD release of
Sergeant Preston of the Yukon - The Complete Collection was originally planned by Infinity Entertainment for a late July launch, then
was rescheduled for September 18th. But it won't be out in two weeks after all; the street date has now been moved once again. The new date is
October 30th, and is
reflected at Amazon's pre-order listing. There they also show a deeper discount on the title than before: they used to have a sell-through price over seventy dollars, but now you can lock it in at just $55.99 (don't worry if you've already pre-ordered it; Amazon should automatically give you the lower price).
Amazon is also now showing some art of the box. However, this picture isn't of the outer box, apparently. As you can see, "Disc 1" is clearly written near the bottom of the graphic, so this is a shot of the interior disc case that holds the first DVD. We've asked Infinity's marketing representatives to get us a pic of the
Complete Collection exterior package. While we wait for that, though, here's a look at what Amazon is showing:
