As you know, June 5th sees the release of
Seinfeld - Season 8 on DVD, and some folks are already getting their hands on copies one way or another. One such person is Phil Fernando, who was the first to send us an e-mail telling us about an insert found inside that package, which is a "Coming Soon" card about the 9th, and final, season of
Seinfeld on DVD.
According to the card, the 4-DVD
Seinfeld - Season 9 package will be in stores this
November. We're going to gamble here and guess it will be Nov. 20th, because Sony has a "tradition" of releasing
Seinfeld DVDs on the Tuesday prior to Thanksgiving (three years in a row!).
Reader Phil only had a digital camera photo of the insert card, which was pretty good looking as far as those things go, but we held out for a high-resolution scan of the insert, and we have it for you below.
