BBC Home Video has announced plans to bring all 4 episodes of
Sahara to DVD on
April 18. The series was filmed throughout the Sahara desert, and features breath-taking shots, fascinating cultures and the extremes of an unfamiliar region. The 2-disc release will also feature footage not seen in the initial airings of the episodes. Suggested retail price is $34.98.
