Oct. 4th. Now we have a lot more to tell you about this:
There will be 2 Emmy-nominated specials on this release: "SCTV Staff Christmas Party" from 1981 (4th Season), with commentary tracks by Andrea Martin and Catherine O'Hara, and "Christmas With Catherine O'Hara And Andrae Crouch" from 1982 (5th Season), with commentary tracks by Catherine O'Hara and Martin Short. Besides the commentaries, look for an extra about the Juul Haalmeyer Dancers. Running time is 140 minutes. These are both of the Christmas specials made during the program's NBC years, and you'll love to spend the holidays with SCTV cast members in character as "Liberace", "Mayor Tommy Shanks", "Dusty Towne", "Johnnie LaRue", "Guy Caballero", "Libby Wolfson", and "The Schmenges".
