Runaway: The Complete Series arrives on DVD March 24 from Sony Pictures Television. Donnie Wahlberg (
The Sixth Sense, TV's "
Boomtown") and Leslie Hope (TV's "
24") head a talented ensemble cast which includes Dustin Milligan (TV's "
90210"), Sarah Ramos (TV's "
American Dreams"), Nathan Gamble (
The Dark Knight), Susan Floyd (TV's "
Law & Order") and Karen LeBlanc (
Make It Happen).
Runaway: The Complete Series will be available on two discs for $29.95 SRP.
The show premiered on the CW Television Network September 25, 2006.
Runaway was created and executive produced by Chad Hodge (TV's "
This Time Around"); Emmy® winner Ed Zuckerman (TV's "
Law and Order") joins Star as executive producer.
SYNOPSIS
The Raders seem like the typical American family: parents Paul (Wahlberg) and Lilly (Hope) working to support their household, two angst-ridden teenagers Henry (Milligan) and Hannah (Ramos) arguing constantly and eight-year-old son Tommy (Gamble) who views the world through innocent eyes. The Raders, however, are anything but typical. After high-profile lawyer Paul Rader is wrongfully accused of murdering his associate, he gathers his estranged family and begins life on the run, constantly moving and changing identities to escape federal authorities as well as the real killer who has threatened the family. More than ever, they must now rely on each other even though one misspoken word could cost them everything.
