This past Thursday we received an e-mail from one of our readers, who only signed his or her name as "H.M.", asking an unrelated question but finishing their e-mail with this statement:
"By the way, I recently heard from Infinity Entertainment who distributes the Route 66 DVDs, they told me that they have a tentative release date for Season 3 on February 10th, 2009."
Sure enough, over the weekend
a pre-order listing at Amazon went up for "
Route 66 Season Tree" (we're sure that's a typo, and should say "Three"), coming out on that precise date.
List price is $29.98 SRP, but you can lock in your copy at a discount rate of $20.99 as of this writing (subject to change at Amazon's discretion, of course). No other details are available there, and the title isn't listed at Infinity's press site yet. But stay tuned and we'll update you with more info, plus cover art, for
Route 66 - Season 3 just as soon as the studio gets that to us!
