Back in January, we
reported on an August 24th release date for
Roseanne - The Complete 8th Season on DVD. However, one of our readers, "Nick," wrote to Anchor Bay (who's transitioning to their new studio name, Starz Home Entertainment) about this release, and this was what Nick told us about the studio's response:
Through email with Anchor bay. I learned that Roseanne season 8 will now be released August 7th, instead of July 24. Also, this release will have a lot of bonus features, because they got Roseanne to sit down for commentary/interviews.
Sure enough, the
info at the studio website shows the new
August 7th release date, along with an 1150-minute running time and a $39.98 SRP cost. No cover art just yet, and we're probably about a month off from getting that. Stay tuned for it, and for other details about this release. Our thanks again to Nick for the info!
