The folks at Visual Entertainment Inc. of Toronto (better known by their shorter name, VEI) have released
Riptide - The Complete 1st Season on DVD in Canada last year, in August 2006 (a month before Sony released the same item in the USA with a different box design). Now get ready: VEI has the second season box set in-the-works!
Riptide - The Complete 2nd Season is being prepped, and at the moment is on schedule for a Canada-only release. Perry King, Joe Penny and Thom Bray are back on board the boat for the second of three seasons, with 22 episodes that include guest stars like George Clooney (

The Rookies, Tricia O'Neil (the acclaimed "Yesterday's

Although a final date is still waiting to be announced, VEI tells us to expect this roughly in the
