Universal presents The Rhinemann Exchange on DVD. The 1977 mini-series is based on the bestselling '74 novel by Robert Ludlum. Starring Stephen Collins (7th Heaven, Star Trek: The Motion Picture), Lauren Hutton (Central Park West, American Gigolo) and Jose Ferrer (Newhart, Dune), the cast also included Larry Hagman, Claude Akins, John Huston, Roddy McDowall, Rene Auberjonois and Werner Klemperer.

The July 31st release is 248 minutes on a single DVD, in original video and audio format (1.33:1 full frame video, English mono audio, English subtitles). Cost is just $19.98 SRP. The cover art above may not be final, and is subject to change. Our thanks to reader Imelda Santos for helping us a bit with bringing you this news. Anyone who's been enjoying the "Bourne" films starring Matt Damon will probably want to check this out, especially as Universal is timing this release to go with the early-August box office debut of the third film, The Bourne Ultimatum.
