The official
Red Dwarf show site, RedDwarf.co.uk, has
posted a schedule which inlcudes the release dates for Region 1 releases of Series VII and Series VIII of the show (reminder: in British TV lingo, a "series" is what Americans would call a "season").
The schedule shows that
Red Dwarf - Series 7 (VII) will arrive on
January 10th, and that
Red Dwarf - Series 8 (VIII) will begin shipping on
May 2nd. We'll wait on talking further about the details of these sets until Warner and BBC make the official Region 1 announcements for the North American releases, but typically there is little or no difference between the USA/Canada releases and those in Europe.
