Yesterday we started getting a ton of e-mails from our readers like Anthony VanLengen, who was the first to alert us that Reba McEntire's web site (www.Reba.com) was giving the heads-up that more DVDs were on the way in April. Later in the day the e-mails we received started to tell us that Reba's site had changed a bit, to say that they would have more information the next day (today). That is indeed the case, as the press release below was
posted at their site this morning.
We went a bit further, though, and talked to some of our industry sources to try to get a bit of extra info...and we managed to do just that! On condition of anonymity, we were able to obtain the thumbnail shot you see of the cover art for this release. We should mention that this is early art, and extremely subject to change. When Fox provides the final box art in its regular size, we'll be back with that.
In the meantime, we also got a few other specs on this 3-DVD (double-sided discs) set: Running time is 484 minutes. Video is full screen 1.33:1, and audio is Dolby Surround for both English and Spanish (and subtitles for both languages). SRP is $39.98. Here's that press release:
