The Real Ghostbusters - Volume 1 would be coming to retail stores near you as soon as January 27th. Now we've learned from Time Life that this general release of the 5-disc set has been pushed back, by roughly two months, to
March 31st. Nothing will be changed about the release, we're told; the studio simply has pushed it back.
In the meantime, we've been assured that there's no change in availability for the "firehouse" package of
The Real Ghostbusters - The Complete Series, available only
directly from Time Life. You can get everything right away, and either pay for it all at once or else break it down into smaller installment payments. And if you do a Google search, you're sure to find some codes to use at Time Life's site to get a discount, or a break on shipping, or some other kind of money-saver. And it's the only way to get the 25th bonus disc, too. We're just sayin'.
