CBS DVD and Paramount Home Entertainment have announced this morning that
Rawhide - The 3rd Season, Volume 1 is coming to a store near you on
May 27th. The third year of the show's eight-year run contained 30 episodes total, and 15 of them are expected to be found on this 4-disc set. Gil Flavor (Eric Fleming) and Rowdy Yates (Clint Eastwood) will be joined in these episodes by the likes of Bobby Troup and Julie London (who would be married within the year, and go on to star together years later in
Emergency!), Dan O'Herlihy (
Twin Peaks), Peter Lorre (
Casablanca), Agnes Moorehead (
Bewitched), E.G. Marshall (
The Caine Mutiny), Dick York (
Bewitched), Robert Culp (
