All 20 engaging episodes of Quincy, M.E., Season three makes a house call on DVD! Join four-time Primetime Emmy® nominee Jack Klugman as the coroner with an unusually active role in police investigations as he looks deeper into what happened to a body...before and after a crime. With a full slate of talented guest stars, it's intelligent Primetime Emmy®-nominated television that continues to fascinate mystery fans everywhere!
Quincy (Jack Klugman) and Sam (Robert Ito) are finally back on the case this summer, after a 4-year DVD hiatus, when Universal Studios Home Entertainment presents the June 2nd launch of Quincy, M.E. - Season 3. The first two seasons came out together in one package on 6/7/2005, four years (to the week!) before the studio picks it up with the third of eight seasons. The show was created by Glen Larson (Battlestar Galactica, Magnum P.I., Knight Rider), and this season was nominated for the "Outstanding Drama Series" Emmy (while Klugman was nominated for "Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series").

Guest stars in this season's 20 episodes included Boxing legend Joe Louis, Keene Curtis, Elaine Joyce, Dabney Coleman, Howard Hesseman, Royal Dano, Gerald S. O'Loughlin, Phil Leeds, Bruce Weitz, Mako, Joanna Kerns, Elisha Cook Jr., Carolyn Jones, Belinda Montgomery, Joe E. Tata, T.K. Carter, Joan Van Ark and many more.

The 4-DVD, 995-minutes-long collection will be presented in full frame video, with English mono audio and English subtitles. Cost is $39.98 SRP. No word on extras, if any, so far, and no sign of package art yet, either. Stay tuned for updates about this long-awaited, highly anticipated set!
