It's been 2004-2005 since
Season 1 and
Season 2 of
Puppets Who Kill came out on DVD, and if you're among the fans waiting for more releases, then we've got some good news to pass along! Last week PWKProductions.com
posted this statement at their website:
Here's an update on the Season 3 and 4 DVD set.
We're hoping to have them for you by August, we're working on it.
Thank you to all our fans for asking about them, we think you'll enjoy the set we're putting together.
This time we're doing a lot of commentary tracks with different people involved with Puppets Who Kill. You'll hear behind the scenes stories with writer John Pattison, director Shawn Alex Thompson, puppeteers Bruce Hunter, James Rankin and Bob Martin, and some interesting production notes from our editor Caroline Christie and sound designer Danielle Pellerin. For those of you with an interest to how the show was made we think you'll enjoy this glimpse into the creative process.
We'll keep you posted.
That statement was signed by John Pattison, the producer/writer from the show. Often when messages about early DVD plans like this come along from the crew or cast of the show, rather than the DVD studio itself, it can be early plans that may be subject to change, so please do keep that in mind! Stay tuned, though, and we'll let you know if and when we find out anything further. Our thanks to a reader, "Kris," for the heads-up about this info.
