After the
announcement last week that Warner was bringing
A Pup Named Scooby-Doo to DVD, we've seen a very positive reaction from fans, praising the studio for bringing out what many consider one of Scooby's finest incarnations. Readers are calling it a "well-done show" (which we knew, but didn't think too many others did!), and are very excited that these first two volumes are on-the-way. Fans are also generally happier that they'll be able to pick it up in smaller-priced chunks, though there are still a significant number of people who wish Warner had gone the season-set route instead.
Most of them still can't wait, though, for the
July 19th release date to get here for
A Pup Named Scooby-Doo - Volume 1 ("A Bicycle Built For Boo," "The Sludge Monster From the Earth's Core," "Wanted Cheddar Alive" and "The Schnook Who Took My Comic Book") and
A Pup Named Scooby-Doo - Volume 2 ( "For Letter Or Worse," "Babysitter From Beyond," "Snow Place Like Home" and "Now Museum Now You Don't"). Each will sell for $14.98 SRP, and now we have the cover art to show off for you as well!
