Pulling - While ABC Preps a US Version, MPI Schedules a DVD of the 2nd (and Final) UK Series

In a world of unrealistic shows about modern relationships, only one series has the balls to celebrate single women who get drunk, sleep around and make horrible choices in men. In this all-new season of the award-winning BBC/Sundance Channel hit, bitterly neurotic Donna (series co-creator Sharon Horgan), boozy slag Karen (Tanya Franks) and sex-starved Louise (Rebekah Stanton) deal with day-to-day lives of creepy exes, bad birthdays, disastrous dates, stolen kebabs, binge drinking, shoplifting, unplanned pregnancy and more selfish acts of sisterly love. Following up on their release of the first season, which came out a month ago today, MPI Home Video is preparing an August 11th DVD release of Pulling - The Complete 2nd Season, which is the last full season of episodes (there was a single "wrap-up" finale which aired in the UK a couple of weeks ago, but no word yet whether it will be part of this release). The BAFTA-nominated U.K. program airs on The Sundance Channel in the USA, and ABC has ordered a pilot for an American version of the series.

While we wait to see how that turns out, we can get the final six-episode season of the Brit-com on a single disc running 170 minutes. You'll also find deleted scenes included as a bonus.
