Video Store Magazine, reporter Holly J. Wagner has this to say about
Providence on DVD:
Artisan Home Entertainment has acquired the North American home video distribution rights to the hit television series "Providence."
The studio will bring the NBC Enterprises series to DVD for the first time ever in February as a three-disc Providence Collection set, said Artisan Home Entertainment president Steve Beeks.
"Providence" aired for five seasons on NBC and was the cornerstone of the network's Friday night lineup.
Fantastic news for fans of this series! Especially good, since October's almost over and the
Variety report from last April didn't pan out as expected. But mark your calendars for February, folks...it's just a short 4 months away!
