A couple of weeks ago we
reported on BCI's long-awaited release date for
The Best of The Price Is Right DVD set. At the time that's all we had...even the box art we had at the time was old, from a previous ad. Now BCI has sent over new art, which may still not be final, but is a lot easier on the eyes, and mentions 26 episodes instead of the original count of twenty. That count includes all 5 episodes from Bob Barker's final week on the show, as well as Bob's very first episode hosting the game show, plus episodes from the original 50s/60s run of the series, when it was hosted by Bill Cullen! BCI has also told us that this
March 25th release will be a 4-DVD set running 930 minutes, and costing $39.98 SRP. But you can
bid on your copy at Amazon right away for $29.99!
