A big "thanks!" to Jared Munson who emailed us a quote from the latest Entertainment Weekly featuring David E. Kelley:
"Fans of Kelley's older work will be happy to hear that some of his most beloved progams, including Picket Fences and The Practice, will be released on DVD in 2007, with Fences dropping first in February."
Later in the article Kelley restates an issue about Ally McBeal coming out on DVD.
"'You will see Ally McBeal,' says Kelley. 'That's a little trickier than other series because there's a lot of music and we haven't tied up all the rights.'"
So, great news for other DEK shows, though
Ally McBeal may take longer to be released because of the music (which isn't a surprise).
