Power Rangers Dino Thunder won't even hit the airwaves until February, but it seems that Buena Vista is already planning on DVDs for the latest series!
The new show takes the
Rangers back to their roots, returning with the classic
Morphin' and
Zeo character Tommy Oliver, played once more by Jason David Frank. He's now a mild-mannered high school teacher who must stop an evil paleontologist that unleashes "Dino Zords" on the world. Tommy, who's been a Green, White, and Red Ranger in the past, must now lead the new Dino Thunder team as the Black Ranger.
Expect the premier episodes of the new series to hit home on May 11th, in a DVD release entitled
Power Rangers Dino Thunder Volume 1 - Day of the Dino. List price is $19.98, and it is already up for order at several online retailers, including
