Pinky: 'I think so, Brain, but who would buy Small Wonder on DVD?'
Now, now...we're not trying to upset Small Wonder fans. We're just hitting on the wonderful humor that was Pinky and the Brain, that wonderful cartoon twosome that tried to take over the world on a regular basis. Fans of the show have been pondering as to when these cartoons would come to DVD, along with the show it spun off of, Animaniacs.
We've got great news for you, then! Industry sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, have let us know that Warner Home Video has both of these animated series on their radar screen for a possible mid-2006 DVD release! Look for a multi-disc set for each show, with around two dozen episodes per box.
This info is very very early, mind you, so don't count your worlds until they're taken over. Stay tuned, and we'll get back to you once the secret plans have been revealed!
