Early last week we
passed along the info that our friends at SitcomsOnline.com were co-operating with Warner Home Video to conduct a survey about the favorite episodes of
Perfect Strangers fans. The results are to be used in a planned
June 27th release of
Perfect Strangers - Television Favorites, a single DVD with six half-hour episodes. Pavan of Sitcoms Online
discusses the results, and also
gives the actual rankings based on the results of the poll.
IF the studio elects to go strictly with the top six episodes from these results, then the release next Summer will contain "The Lottery" (4th Season debut), "Pipe Dreams" (late 3rd Season), "Just Desserts" (the "bibi-bobka" episode airing just prior to Pipe Dreams), "Knock Knock, Who's There?" (the Pilot), "Piano Movers" (early Season 4), and "Hunks Like Us" (early 2nd Season). Still, the studio will make their own final choices and so the actual list when the disc gets announced may look different than this. Stay tuned, and we'll have more info for you when the studio makes this official next Spring.
