Showtime and Paramount Home Entertainment have announced that
Penn & Teller: Bullshit! - Season 8 is coming to DVD on
May 3rd. As usual, they will release it in two different boxes, one with the original "uncensored" title and one with the "censored" title of "
Penn & Teller: BS! - Season 8"; early cover art (could be subject to change) for both versions can be seen below.
On-disc content should be the same no matter which box you pick up, and it includes two bonus episodes of the new Showtime/BBC series that is called, well,
Episodes (whose cast includes Matt LeBlanc of
Friends as a fictionalized version of himself). Meanwhile, the 10 featured episodes run 275 minutes, and are presented on 2 DVDs in widescreen video with English 5.1 Surround sound and an optional Spanish soundtrack. Pricing hasn't been provided, but previous season sets recently released have come in at $29.98 SRP.
