In early June, Image Entertainment distributed
this press release about their plans to release
Pee-wee's Playhouse on DVD this Fall. Image hasn't released any further details themselves since that release was sent around, but nevertheless we have some new info for you, including a specific date!
Online e-tailer DVDEmpire.com added some listings yesterday for
Pee-wee's Playhouse - Volume 1 and
Pee-wee's Playhouse - Volume 2. According to them,
November 16 is when both of these will get released. List price is shown to be $49.95 each, although you can pre-order them right now from DVDEmpire for a 25% discount. Just click on those links above to do it (and you help support this site in the process).
