The Outer Limits - General Release Date Found for Former Borders-Exclusive Complete Original Series
Amazon says June, but apparently the correct month is July

Last September we reported that Borders was exclusively selling The Outer Limits - The Complete Original Series on DVD (see picture below). Now Amazon has a listing, newly posted, that shows this set will become generally available at other retailers starting on June 1st. That's apparently a typo, though, because that falls on a Sunday! So we checked: our various retailer contacts are all telling us that it will actually be on Tuesday, July 1st. Cost is shown as $79.98 SRP, but Amazon is taking pre-orders as of this writing for just $55.99 after discount.
