With the 3rd Season coming out in January, the folks at CBS/Paramount are already setting their sites onto the DVD release of The Odd Couple - Season 4. Our friends in the retail world have let it slip to us that the studio is scoping out probable June release of the next compilation. This is very early info, though, and subject to change, so let's file it as a "rumor" for now!
The 22 episodes in this next-to-last season included guest appearances by Alex Karras (Victor/Victoria, Webster), Brett Somers (the late ex-wife of Jack Klugman), John Byner (Bizarre), Dick Clark (American Bandstand), Wolfman Jack (American Graffiti, Jaye P. Morgan (The Gong Show), tennis stars Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs, Allan Arbus (M*A*S*H), Teri Garr (Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind, Mr. Mom), Monty Hall (Let's Make A Deal) and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner (The Girls Next Door). Stay tuned for updates on this release as soon as we get them!
