The program's only been broadcasting a month, but with four episodes aired the buzz is super-hot for Showtime's latest hit program. Now comes word that Amazon has already begun taking pre-orders for
Nurse Jackie - Season 1 on both
DVD and high-def
Blu-ray Disc. The series stars Edie Falco (
The Sopranos, Oz), Peter Facinelli (
Damages, Fastlane), Eve Best (
Vital Signs) and Merritt Wever (
Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip).
These listings are prior any official announcement from Lionsgate Entertainment, the studio which produces the show, so instead of a street date they only say "
This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives." Pricing is available, however, showing $39.98 SRP for the DVD and $39.99 SRP for the Blu-ray (and you can lock in your copy of either of these at a nice discount if you place your order now).
