Numb3rs - The Complete 1st Season ships in a couple of weeks, and CBS/Paramount are rushing to get the second season set out in time to tie it in with the broadcast debut of the 3rd season of the series. Paramount Home Entertainment has circulated some information that tells us to expect it in
September. And that should be that, right? Well, maybe not.
One of our readers, who simply called himself "Keith," tells us that he's on a mailing list for the "We All Use Math Everyday" education program from CBS, Texas Instruments, and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. This past Friday he received a message circulated to members of that mailing list, telling everyone to be sure to watch the second season finale that evening. Near the bottom of that message, it said, "
NUMB3RS' second season will be available for purchase in October."
September or October? We won't know for certain until Paramount Home Entertainment makes their official announcement, complete with the street date and all the other details. Stay tuned and we'll see how it all adds up! Thanks to Keith for forwarding the message to us and filling us in.
