NUMB3RS is a drama about an FBI agent who recruits his mathematical-genius brother to help the Bureau solve a wide range of challenging crimes in Los Angeles. The two brothers take on the most confounding criminal cases from a very distinctive perspective. Inspired by actual events, the series depicts how the confluence of police work and mathematics provides unexpected revelations and answers to the most perplexing criminal questions.
In our
report a month ago, we informed you that Amazon.com had begun taking advance orders for a DVD release of what is currently titled
Numb3rs - The 6th Season. CBS/Paramount had not formally scheduled the title at the time, so no release date was provided, but this morning the studio has made it official, naming
August 10th as the street date. Running time is 678 minutes for 16 episodes that are presented in widescreen. The price, per Amazon, is $57.99 SRP (but you can lock in your copy at a very nice discount this moment, using the order link above). Package art and other details aren't available yet, but CBS/Paramount did provide retailers with this nice list of extras for the 4-disc set!
