This past Monday we
reported on the announcement for
Numb3rs - The 4th Season, coming to DVD on
September 30th. Info was very thin at the time, but now we've gotten ahold of some information CBS/Paramount had provided to retailers about this release, giving more details.
This 5-disc set will run approximately 756 minutes long for 18 episodes, including a season premiere that was directed by none other than Tony Scott (
Déjà Vu, Man on Fire). They've told retailers to expect this to be "packed" with extras, but didn't give any information about what those would consist of. Cost works out to a list price of approximately $56.99, but you can
pre-order it from Amazon at a current cost to you of just $39.99, after discount.
CBS/Paramount will also make available a "four season pack," taking all existing season sets made so far and shrinkwrapping them together with no special packaging or extras. Here's an early look at the cover art for
