Burbank, CA (September 25, 2012) - The four ninjas are back to help their newest ally achieve his destiny as the Green Ninja when Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) and The LEGO Group release LEGO Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu: Rise of the Green Ninja on DVD November 27, 2012 for $14.98 SRP. Now in its second season, LEGO Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu continues to be the #1 rated show on Cartoon Network with boys ages 6-11. The DVD includes the first seven action-packed episodes from season two, as viewers follow the Green Ninja on his path to fulfill his destiny, and the four ninjas prepare to battle an even more powerful Lord Garmadon.

Kai, Jay, Zane, and Cole may have defeated the Great Devourer, but the four ninjas' troubles are far from over now that Lord Garmadon has stolen the four Golden Weapons of Spinjitzu, enabling him to control the Serpentine and the ninjas' flying ship 'The Bounty.' LEGO Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu: Rise of the Green Ninja finds the foursome facing the trial of training the Lord's son Lloyd Garmadon to become the Green Ninja, but with their limited powers, the task is more difficult than they had imagined. Lord Garmadon unleashes a series of devious plots to prevent Lloyd's success including evil pirates, dark replicas of the four ninjas, and the ultimate Mega weapon which leads to a heart-pounding race across Ninjago. With so many obstacles in his path, will Lloyd ever be able to fulfill his destiny as the Green Ninja?

"Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is excited to release the first half of season two of LEGO Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu on DVD," said Mary Ellen Thomas, WBHE Vice President, Family, Animation & Partner Brands Marketing. "The series has been a huge hit and with the new DVD release fans can join the Green Ninja on his journey and catch up with the series as the second season concludes on Cartoon Network."

LEGO Ninjago is the fastest growing and top-selling line in LEGO history. LEGO Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu: Rise of the Green Ninja is timed to release as the series comes to a close on Cartoon Network. The complete second season and complete series of LEGO Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu are scheduled for release on DVD and Blu-Ray in early 2013.
