Earlier this year Shout! Factory
announced a deal with Saban Entertainment for several TV properties, with a focus on the
Power Rangers. Also part of the deal was
Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation, the live-action version of
TMNT (which even had a sort-of crossover episode with
Power Rangers in Space, in a story appropriately called "Shell Shocked"). Now Shout! has scheduled a
September 4th release of
Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation - Volume 1, a 2-disc set priced at $19.93 SRP. Here's a peek at the packaging, along with a pre-order button link from Amazon:
