Fans were a bit worried about the fate of NewsRadio; there's been a lull between the first set and this announcement, but we knew what was up. The commentary tracks for seasons 1 & 2 were so good that Sony wanted to record more for season 3, but it meant holding the release until they could be completed. We'll hear commentaries with the cast and crew on 10 of the 24 episodes (600 mins) in this three disc set, and we'll also get a gag reel, and a featurette on the show (plus filmographies).
The release will contain a Full Frame (1.33:1) transfer, with English stereo sound, and Portuguese subtitles. The $39.95 set will be available to own on February 28. We'll post art when it's available.
