With the first and second seasons released on DVD to stores back in 2008, and then the third and fourth season sets put out via the Warner Archive's manufacture on demand (MOD) program in 2010, fans have been wondering when the final broadcast year of the Julia Louis-Dreyfus sitcom,
The New Adventures of Old Christine - The Complete 5th Season, would get produced. Worry no more! It's been revealed that a 3-disc package will be available this coming Tuesday,
February 21st. In fact, it's available to
pre-order from Amazon via their CreateSpace MOD program right now, with a $49.99 pricetag and the ability to ship globally. It's NOT yet for pre-order
at Warner's WBShop.com online store as of this writing, where it will probably be about ten dollars less expensive (but only ships to U.S. addresses). But check that link we just provided over the weekend; it is possible they will add it Saturday or Sunday. Certainly by mid-Tuesday at the very latest! We've got an early look at the possible cover art for this title shown below, but it could be subject to change. Stay tuned and we'll let you know if it does!
