There are 3 different new DVD packages on-the-way for
Mythbusters: two season sets available online, and a fresh collection for retail stores. First up, on
November 8th, Discovery Channel's online store will be the only place releasing
MythBusters - Season 3 and
MythBusters - Season 4. Cost is $49.95 for each of these 6-disc sets, and the box art is below. Our thanks to reader Michael Brink for the heads-up on these.
At the same time, Image-Entertainment is putting together a new package for brick-and-mortar stores,
Mythbusters - Collection 3. Details are sketchy right now, because this one doesn't arrive on shelves until
April 8, 2008! But it looks like a 3- or 4-disc "best of" set, and the cost is confirmed at $29.99 SRP. Stay tuned for updates.
