It's been almost a year since Walt Disney Studios Home Video released
The Muppet Show - Season 3 on DVD, back in May 2008. Fans have been left wondering where the 4th Season is, which has 24 episodes that include such featured guest hosts as Lynda Carter, Christopher Reeve, Lola Falana, Kenny Rogers, Liza Minnelli, Dudley Moore, Diana Ross, Jonathan Winters and the cast of
Star Wars: Mark Hamill, C-3P0, R2-D2 and Chewbacca.

LaughingPlace.com states how they were exclusively informed that
The Muppet Show - Season 4 is indeed on the way, but that it won't make it out until
2010. No reason for the long wait was given, nor any other specifics.
