HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - The groundbreaking police drama that helped define a generation makes its long-awaited DVD debut when THE MOD SQUAD Season One, Volume One arrives on December 18, 2007, from CBS Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Entertainment.

From producers Aaron Spelling and Danny Thomas, THE MOD SQUAD featured three young, rebellious and hipper-than-hip undercover detectives with a touch of menace and plenty of attitude. For the first time on DVD, THE MOD SQUAD Season One, Volume One includes 13 episodes from the inaugural season, plus the featurettes "Forming The Squad" and "Friends of The Mod Squad" as well as an inside look at the pilot episode, "The Teeth of the Barracuda." The four-disc set will be available for the suggested retail price of $42.99/$49.99 Canada.

THE MOD SQUAD Season One, Volume One is a four-disc set presented in full screen with English Mono. The DVD is not rated in the U.S. and rated PG in Canada. The total running time is 11 hours, 33 minutes. The DVD disc breakdown is as follows:
