The Middle - 'The Complete 3rd Season' is Formally Announced for DVD!
Early October release is confirmed, although a week later than previously expected

In Season Three of The Middle, the Hecks tackle the beginning of a new school year, a not-so-relaxing Thanksgiving, and an unexpected wedding. In the midst of it all, Frankie (Emmy winner Patricia Heaton) and Mike Heck (Neil Flynn) attempt to raise their kids with love and a solid Midwestern practicality. Axl, the eldest, is a jock slacker who eats the family out of house and home and walks around in his underwear. Then there's Sue, their extraordinarily ordinary teen daughter who fails at just about everything she tries with great gusto. Finally, there's Brick, their quirky fourth-grader, who reads constantly, whispers to himself and unapologetically marches to the beat of his own drummer.
We let you know back in March that the long-awaited release of The Middle - The Complete 3rd Season on DVD was coming to stores in October. At the time we were looking at a possible release date on the first, but today Warner Home Video announced to retailers a finalized street date for this title of October 8th. Priced at $44.98 SRP for a 3-disc set, you'll get Deleted Scenes and a Gag Reel along with the episodes. Here's an Amazon button link to pre-order this title, along with a look at the packaging:
