Metalocalypse - Season 1 is coming to stores on
October 2nd, as a 20 episode set on 2 DVDs. Also included are special features, but we haven't gotten the details on these yet. Look for many guests including band members from groups like Metallica! And don't forget that the band from the show, Dethklok, has a song ("thunderhorse") that appears on the videogame
Guitar Hero 2. The DVD set cost will be $29.98 SRP, and we've got an early look at the box art, which takes the appearance of a box set typical of a rock group's musical album releases:
