The CBS network has aired just 2 episodes of
How I Met Your Mother - Season 6 so far (and broadcasts a third one tonight), but Amazon is already taking pre-orders for a release of the new season on
DVD. This listing is prior to Fox Home Entertainment's official announcement for the item, however, so instead of a street date Amazon merely says "
This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives" (expect it in roughly a year, though, since the
Season 5 DVD only shipped 2 weeks ago). Pricing for the next DVD release is available, however, currently showing $39.98 SRP (you can, of course, guarantee your copy at a discounted price, if you order it using the above-provided link). There are no other details available so far at Amazon's entry, nor is there cover art yet (just a promo shot with members of the cast). Stay tuned, though, and we'll update you further on this title, just as soon as we find out anything more!
