A few days ago we had several updates from Shout! Factory about upcoming DVDs of various "toon-related" TV Shows. Since then Shout! DVD Producer Brian Ward has
revealed another title that he's working on, by way of a post at Shout!'s online message boards:
I am currently working on the English version of Medabots. Right now, we're releasing the complete first season (26 episodes) over four discs. You can expect that to hit stores at the beginning of the year.

That's cool to know! Our thanks to reader Jeremy Kahn for the heads-up about that. As many of you know, the USA version of
Medabots was previously released on DVD in 2002-03, on 11 different high-cost volumes put out by A.D. Vision. It will be great to have these available in more compact, price-sensitive collections, and possibly with extras as well. Stay tuned and we'll keep you updated on this, as we get further word.
