PT-73, plus their commanding officer Captain Binghamton (Joe Flynn), all transferred to "just-freed" Italy, where they have new adventures going up against the financial schemes of the Mayor for the coastal town Voltafiore (where they are stationed), and being at odds with U.S. Army Col. Harrigan.
