We've received another email from "NS," and this one is packed with more information on the upcoming Time Life releases.
Time Life has two configurations planned: Season 1, and The Complete Series.
- The Man from U.N.C.L.E. - Season 1 includes all 29 episodes on 11 single-sided discs, plus nearly 2 hours of bonus material including the rare, original pilot episode, "Solo," which has never aired on network television.
- The Man from U.N.C.L.E. - The Complete Series will contain all 105 episodes on 39 DVDs. There's over 8 hours of bonus material including an interview with Robert Vaughn ("Napoleon Solo") and David McCallum (note that this is their first interview together in over 20 years), original blueprints of UNCLE headquarters, Del Floria’s Tailor Shop and the THRUSH mobile headquarters, Emmy Awards Show and Golden Globe Show appearances by Vaughn and McCallum, four 30-minute featurettes, promos and trailers, and much, much more.
The DVDs will likely ship in November, with pre-orders in mid-September. Pricing for the sets has not been announced yet.
