Back in early November, we posted
a screenshot of the menu for
Magnum P.I. - Season 3, which hits store shelves on
January 31st. The screenshot revealed that there would be a bonus episode on this set, but we didn't have the name of that episode...until now. According to the website of wholesale club outlet Costco, the bonus episode will be the 4th season's "Letter to a Duchess." Our thanks to "Jim" at DVDTalk for the info.
Speaking of bonus episodes, it's worth noting for
Magnum fans that the 7th-season episode "Novel Connection" will appear as a bonus on
Murder, She Wrote - The Complete 3rd Season (March 14 street date). Why? Because it was a
Murder/Magnum crossover which began the two-part story that concluded with
Murder, She Wrote's "Magnum on Ice" episode, guest-starring Selleck and and Hillerman while they first opposed and then joined forces with Angela Landsbury's "Jessica Fletcher." Neat stuff!
