We've had a few readers ask why the "Medicine & Martini Collection" (the entire run of
M*A*S*H) is so hard to find these days, so we sent off a quick email to Fox. Turns out the set is almost sold out (it's headed into moratorium), and supplies are pretty scarce these days. Fox may release it again in 2007, but for now it's slim pickings. If you want the set we advise you to pick it up ASAP to avoid overpaying for it on eBay.
Amazon.com still has some sets selling for $180.
Thanks to everyone that has been writing in to say that they've seen the set - we're not saying ALL the sets are gone, we're just letting people who may be interested know that it will become increasingly harder to find the sets in stores.
