Yesterday we
were telling you about more content (the "
Lost: Missing Pieces mobisodes) included on the upcoming
December 9th release of
Lost - The Complete 4th Season: The Expanded Experience...how about today we tell you that you can get that "more" content for less price?!?!?!
Walt Disney Software Home Entertainment has lowered the suggested retail price of the Blu-ray Disc release for the 4th Season set. Previously it had a list price of $96.99 SRP in the USA, and CA$109.99 SRP in Canada. Now the studio has adjusted it down to just $69.99 SRP in the USA, and CA$89.99 SRP in Canada.
As a result, at the time of this writing, the high-definition Blu-ray Disc release is currently pre-selling
at Amazon.com in the USA for $49.95 after discount, and
at Amazon.ca in Canada for CA$66.95 after discount. Remember, Amazon's pricing is subject to change at their discretion, without notice.

The Digital Bits website for the heads-up about this change. What about the DVD release...will the price come down on it, too? As of this writing, Disney's info shows no change...still $59.99 SRP on the 4th Season DVD release in the USA, and CA$79.99 SRP on it in Canada. But according to The Bits, they say that "
the DVD SRP is expected to be lowered as well." If/when that happens, we'll let you know!
