My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic - The Hub Network's New Series Comes to DVD from Shout! Factory


5-episode disc arrives in stores at the end of February

    In My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, the benevolent Princess Celestia, ruler of Equestria, selects unicorn Twilight Sparkle for a very important assignment - to learn about the most important magic of all: friendship. With her new friends, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, Twilight set out on amazing adventures, as they learn what it means to be true friends.
Shout! Factory and Hasbro are bringing a DVD release of The Hub network's 2010 series with February 28th's My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic - Ponyville Chronicle. This disc contains 5 episodes (110 minutes) of the new show, plus bonus material (details of which are still forthcoming). Cost will be $14.97 SRP, but you can pre-order it from Amazon.com at a discount. Package art isn't available as of this writing, but stay tuned and we'll bring that to you just as soon as we can!
