Life with Derek is the Canadian live-action half-hour sitcom which airs on Canada's Family Channel north of the border, and is seen in the USA on the Disney Channel. Now we have word that the show, currently which is gearing up with its fourth season production, will be coming to DVD later this year with a North American release by Koch Vision.
As recently
reported by Mediacaster of Canada, Koch signed a deal with Shaftesbury Films to bring the first three seasons of
Life with Derek to DVD beginning in the fourth quarter of 2008. The first two seasons consist of 13 episodes each, while the third season enjoys double the run with 26 episodes. Mediacaster's story did not specify how Koch would divvy up those 52 episodes, but Koch normally releases TV-DVDs in season sets.
